Buyer Agreement

RFS•RX Website Terms of Purchase, Liability Waiver & Electronic Consent

By creating an account, accessing the RFS•RX website, browsing product information, or placing an order through the website, you (“Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Liability Waiver and Electronic Consent Agreement.

  • Incidental damages

  • Lost business opportunities
  • Personal health outcomes or complications

Compliance with Applicable Laws

You agree to comply with all federal, state, local, and international laws applicable to the purchase, possession, use, storage, handling, and disposal of Products.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, website access, or Product purchases shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California.

You expressly waive:

  • The right to a jury trial
  • The right to participate in a class action lawsuit
  • The right to participate in any class-wide arbitration proceeding

Electronic Consent

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RF Supplements LLC regarding website access and Product purchases and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, representations, or agreements.

Customer Acknowledgment

BY CHECKING THE BOX DURING ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS WEBSITE TERMS OF PURCHASE, LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND ELECTRONIC CONSENT AGREEMENT.
